I read and answer these myself. Most get a reply in two to four days. Download problems are quicker, usually the same day I see them.
One thing worth saying
Read this before you write, particularly if you were about to tell me what's going on at home.
A lot of people write in and tell me what's happening in their family, or with their partner, or at work, and ask me what to do. I read every one of those and I'm glad people feel like they can. But I can't give personal advice over email, and it wouldn't be fair to you if I tried, because I'd be answering off a paragraph.
What I can point you to is the stuff built for exactly that. The Wheel of Life workbook is free and it'll tell you which part to start with. The course takes it further. And there's a few years of videos on the channel that go deeper on most of it.
If it's heavier than an inbox
If things are heavy right now and you need someone properly, please talk to your GP or call Lifeline on 13 11 14. That's not me brushing you off. It's just that an inbox isn't the right place for it, and you deserve better than a reply that takes me four days.
