These terms apply when you use heyitsnardia.com or buy anything from me. By buying, you agree to them.

Who I am

I’m Nardia Barrett, an Australian sole trader. ABN 28 673 991 695. Email: hello@heyitsnardia.com.

What you’re buying

Digital books, kits and tools. You get a download link by email straight after you pay. The link expires 24 hours after you first click it. If it has expired, email me and I’ll send a new one.

Your licence

You’re buying a licence to use the file yourself. You can read it on your own devices and print it for your own use. You can’t share it, sell it, post it online, or use it in a course or product of your own. You can quote short parts in a review or a post if you say where they’re from.

Price and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are handled by the payment provider on my store. I never see or store your card details.

What my work is, and isn’t

I’m a coach, not a therapist or psychologist. My books, kits, videos and quizzes are for education and self-reflection. They aren’t therapy, medical, psychological or legal advice, they don’t diagnose anyone, and they aren’t a safety plan.

If you’re afraid of your partner, or you’re thinking about hurting yourself, my work can’t help with that. In Australia, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732. In an emergency, call 000. The support page at the back of each book also lists services for the United States and the United Kingdom.

No promises

I can’t promise any result, and I can’t promise how another person will respond to anything you do. What you do with my work is your decision.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site, try to break it, or copy its content except as these terms allow.

Who owns what

Everything I make, including the text, images, quizzes and designs, belongs to me or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright. Buying a copy doesn’t transfer ownership.

My responsibility

I take care with what I write, but I can’t be responsible for decisions you make from it. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for loss that comes from relying on my work. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantees that can’t be excluded.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales.
